The two acts will do a "one-off collaboration" at the February 18 ceremony, reports Music Week.
"Our audience research tells us that Brits viewers love collaborations and this pairing of Estelle and the Ting Tings, two of Britain's hottest and most exciting acts, will not disappoint," said Brits committee chairman Ged Doherty.
Estelle is nominated for Best Female and Best Single with 'American Boy' at the ceremony, while The Tings Tings are in the Best British Album and Best Breakthrough categories.
Kings Of Leon, Duffy, U2, Girls Aloud and The Pet Shop Boys have been previously confirmed to play the event at London's Earl's Court.
