Speaking to People, oldest brother Kevin said that he is "beyond nervous".
"I'm not even going to hide it at all," he said. "We're going to focus on the performance. That's what we do best and that's what we'll put our minds on."
The pop group, nominated for Best New Artist against Duffy, Adele, Jazmine Sullivan and Lady Antebellum, added that they do not think they are in with a chance of taking home the prize.
"We would love to win, [but] at the end of the day I think Adele is really amazing," Nick Jonas said. "I'd give her record, 'Chasing Pavements', Record Of The Year.
"The thing to say is even if we don't win, it's just an honour to be nominated. Of course that's how we feel."
