The group have been lined up to perform at Cannock Chase Forest on June 27 and the High Lodge Forest Centre on July 11.
The live shows are in support of the Foresty Commission, which aims to encourage new audiences to enjoy the British woodlands.
"The forest tour is self-sustaining, paying for itself, and providing valuable revenue to plough back into the woodland in a variety of environmental and social projects," the organisation said in a statement.
"With multi-million sales and sold out tours, Sugababes have become synonymous with imaginative, cutting edge and effervescent pop music."
The group, who are currently "re-promoting" their sixth album Catfights And Spotlights, previously performed at the venue in July 2004.
Tickets cost £28 and go on sale from Friday, February 13.
