The follow-up to 2006's Show Your Bones is called It's Blitz! and features ten new songs.
It was produced by Nick Launay and Dave Sitek and will be released on April 13.
The album will be preceded by single 'Zero', which will be available in shops on April 6 and on iTunes on February 24.
Last year, the band promised that their new record would sound different to both its predecessor and the group's breakthrough debut Fever To Tell.
