A deluxe box set edition of the album will be available in June to mark the 20th anniversary of its first release.
The LP will be remastered by John Leckie, the original producer of the 1989 album.
The Stone Roses has been re-issued a number of times in the UK, with a two-CD version being released in 1999 to mark its tenth anniversary.
In addition to the box set, a single-CD legacy version will also be released featuring Leckie's new mix.
Last year, former bassist Mani said that he would love to reform the band, although singer Ian Brown was still against the idea.
