The US singer will join the electropop duo for a rendition of 'What Have I Done To Deserve This?'
The song, recorded as a duet with the late Dusty Springfield, became a top three hit for the group in 1987.
Pet Shop Boys are to collect the Outstanding Contribution To Music prize at this year's Brit Awards, which take place at London's Earls Court on Wednesday.
Earlier this week frontman Neil Tennant revealed that the group's performance would feature two surprise guests, but denied that The Killers would be joining them on stage.
