'The Fear' notches up a third week on top of the singles chart, while parent disc It's Not Me, It's You debuts at number one on the albums chart.
Allen told the Official Chart Company: "It's great being at the top of both charts, especially in the same week as the Brit Awards are once again celebrating the best of British music."
It's Not Me, It's You is the follow-up to Allen's 2006 debut Alright, Still, which peaked at number two in the UK and went on to sell 2.6 million copies worldwide.
Elsewhere on the UK albums chart, Kings of Leon hold steady at two with Only By The Night, while UB40 climb from 19 to three with their Love Songs collection.
The second-highest new entry of the week comes from The Fray, who debut at eight with their self-titled sophomore album.
