American country star Taylor Swift remains in second spot with 'Love Story', while pop-punk act All-American Rejects climb to third with 'Gives You Hell'.
Meanwhile, Lily Allen enters the top at number eight with 'The Fear', while dance act Global Deejays move up eleven places to eighth.
Elsewhere, Lily Allen debuts at number one on the Australian albums chart with her new disc It's Not Me, It's You.
