Natalie Imbruglia has complimented a number of acts that are pencilled in to appear at today's Brit Awards ceremony.

The singer has confirmed that she will be attending the event and told Metro that she will be there "with bells on".

She said: "I think The Killers are going to be there. I think they're pretty amazing and I love the Kings Of Leon.

"Adele - I love her voice. Duffy is fantastic, she is really really nice as well - I met her and she's very, very sweet. And she's got an extraordinary voice as well. So yeah - go the girls!"

She revealed that she will be releasing her new album in May following a "creative spurt", adding that she cannot wait for everyone to hear her music.

Imbruglia recently suggested a fundraising concert to help those affected by the bushfires in Australia.
