The celebrity blogger has confirmed that he will star in a video that will be broadcast during the opening of the show.
Writing on his website, he said that he was "insanely excited" and "thrilled" to be involved, adding: "[I've] seen a bit of the rehearsals and the best way [I] can describe it is sensory overload and amazing.
"There are three circus rings with action going on in all of them - dancers, acrobats, aerialists and more. It's major!"
Hilton claimed that he was asked to appear in the promo by director and choreographer Jamie King, the "mastermind" behind 'The Circus Starring Britney Spears'.
"Britney was down with the idea and [I], of course, said yes!" he concluded.
Spears kicks off her US tour in New Orleans on March 3. She will play a mini residency at London's O2 arena starting June 3 and perform a one-off show in Manchester on June 17.
