The 'Issues' group, who are signed to the same label as Girls Aloud, predicted that their fellow girlband will walk away with the British single prize.
"I really hope they win," Saturdays star Rochelle Wiseman told DS. "I'm going to be tuning in and screaming 'Go on Girls Aloud' at the TV."
Her bandmate Mollie King added: "I want Girls Aloud to do well. They've never won one before and they've made such a contribution to pop, so I really hope they win. I think they might win the award for best song."
Girls Aloud are nominated in the British group and British single categories at this year's Brit Awards, which takes place later this evening at London's Earls Court.
