Hudson, whose mother, brother and nephew were murdered last year, will take to the road with Robin Thicke in support of her first album.
The tour kicks off at the Palace Theatre in Albany, New Jersey on March 31 and runs until May 8 with a show at the Verizon Wireless Theatre in Houston, Texas.
Hudson said: "I am so grateful. My first Grammy and my first tour. It doesn't get any better than this."
The singer won the award for best R&B album for her self-titled debut at the ceremony in Los Angeles earlier this month.
Last week, she picked up gongs for best new artist, best album and best collaboration at the NAACP Image Awards.
