The Streets will top the bill on the first day, with The Charlatans taking last year's You Cross My Path LP to the main stage on Saturday.
Folk singer Bon Iver and Liverpudlians The Zutons will co-headline the event on its final day.
"As The Charlatans approach their twentieth anniversary, their music continues to be just as inspirational to hundreds of thousands of fans," organisers said.
The bands will follow in the footsteps of Supergrass and The Coral, who played the main stage at last year's festival.
Other acts announced for this year's event include First Aid Kit, Beardyman, Baddies and The Kabeedies
