Oasis, Muse win NME Awards

The band accepted the prize from Russell Brand in a pre-recorded video because of touring commitments.
Guitarist Noel Gallagher said: "This is ironic, we're being given best British band by the second best British comedian.
"Thanks to all the readers who've voted... This has turned into a right bad idea..."
Gallagher also received the award for best blog, while other winners on the night included Muse, who won best live band and best album artwork, with frontman Matt Bellamy judged the sexiest male.
The Killers won best international band while Kings of Leon reprised their Brits success with the best album prize for Only By The Night.
MGMT won the award for best track with their single 'Time To Pretend' as well as picking up the best new band gong.
The Cure had already been revealed as the winners of the magazine's Godlike Geniuses prize.
