The Blur bandmates played 'This Is A Low', an album track from their 1994 LP Parklife, at the ceremony held at London's O2 Academy in Brixton.
Blur, who announced their reunion last year, will play a number of dates this summer, including appearances at Oxegen and T In The Park as well as their own Hyde Park and Manchester shows.
The band are also tipped to headline the Glastonbury Festival, though their appearance has not been confirmed by organisers.
Other estranged bandmates at the awards ceremony included former Libertines Pete Doherty and Carl Barat, who were spotted hugging and talking at the event, The Sun reports.
