"A big one for us that we sing all the time is Rick Astley's 'Never Gonna Give You Up'," band member Kevin told AOL.
"Have you ever seen him, by the way? His voice does not match his body!"
The 1980s star was named the best act ever at last year's MTV Europe Music Awards and later described the win as "ridiculous".
The Jonas Brothers will play a live show at London's Wembley Arena on June 15.
