Curator Rob Da Bank said: "Artist wise, I keep having to look at the scruffy piece of paper I keep the lineup on in my diary to convince myself that we are indeed bringing Kraftwerk to the Isle of Wight.
"I'm so bloody happy I could cry but then I realise we've also got Massive Attack, MGMT, Seasick Steve, Klaxons, Bat For Lashes, The Beat, Squarepusher...all my favourite live acts and DJs in a field in seven months' time."
The festival will run under the banner of 'The Year Of The Spectacular' from September 11 to September 13 at Robin Hill Country Park on the Isle of Wight.
Organisers had previously announced a space fancy dress theme for this year's festival.
