The Swedish star has spent the past year working on new material and remixing old songs to be included on her first British studio release, expected for release early in the summer.
"We're doing a lot of new songs at the moment and I'm just picking some to put on an album for my fans here," she told DS.
The singer, who has already released three LPs, admitted that some of her early material had been remixed to suit her British audience better.
"I know there are a lot of people in this country who want hit songs like 'Satellites' and 'Looking For Love' from the albums I've released in Europe to be included. The ones I really love the most will go on the new album too."
The star added that she hoped to follow in the footsteps of labelmate Basshunter, who scored a number one single and album last year.
"Dance music is really coming back at the moment, and I feel this is my year. Of course I hope all the years after that are too."
September releases her new single 'Can't Get Over' on March 9. Her album follows in early summer.
