The track, which is based on a sample from Dead Or Alive's 1984 hit 'You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)', is also expected to top the UK singles chart on Sunday.
T.I. and Justin Timberlake remain at two on the Billboard Hot 100 with 'Dead And Gone', while Lady GaGa jumps from six to three with 'Poker Face'.
Teenage rapper Soulja Boy also makes a significant gain, climbing from nine to four with 'Kiss Me Thru The Phone'.
Outside of the top ten, Ne-Yo climbs from 13 to eleven with 'Mad', while Pussycat Dolls zoom from 100 to 15 with 'Jai Ho!', a cover of a Hindi song from the Slumdog Millionaire soundtrack.
