The singer has reworked a version of the legendary group's new single 'Love etc.', released last month.
"I've just done a remix for the Pet Shop Boys which was amazing," he told DS.
"That was a really really awesome opportunity to be given. A real privilege."
The star has previously remixed songs for Keane and Lady GaGa, but claimed that it is unlikely the 'Poker Face' singer would be willing to collaborate with him in the future.
"Lady GaGa has got a different idea of music to me. I think she takes herself a lot more seriously. She would probably look to me as a bit of an amateur and a drunk," he said.
Frankmusik releases new single 'Better Off As 2' on March 30.
