His track 'Right Round', currently on top in Australia and the US, debuts at number one this week.
Meanwhile, The Saturdays have to settle for a number two debut with their Comic Relief single 'Just Can't Get Enough'.
Lady GaGa holds steady at three with 'Poker Face', while last week's number one, 'My Life Would Suck Without You' by Kelly Clarkson, slips to four.
Notable gains outside of the top ten come from Take That, who climb from 17 to 14 with 'Up All Night', and Kings of Leon, who zoom from 55 to 29 with 'Revelry'.
