The rockers had been due to perform in Tunbridge Wells when frontman Tom Clarke sustained a hand injury which forced them to pull out.
Clarke, 20, told the Daily Star: "I had just bought a new bike and had been riding it too much the day before the show in Tunbridge Wells and my hand had seized up.
"We felt so bad about it I personally called everyone who had won tickets in order to invite them to the venue for a chat, a dance and a drink."
The band, who have just completed a "secret tour" of the UK, will release new album Music For The People on April 27. Single 'No Time For Tears' will be available from April 13.
