The three-piece, who recently denied speculation that they were breaking up, will perform at the event in July.
Scouting For Girls, The Damned and The Magic Numbers have also been confirmed for the two-day festival on July 11 and 12.
"There aren't any festivals in the UK that could mix Sugababes with The Damned! We're very proud of our musical diversity and family friendly ethos," promoter Hugh Phillimore said.
Further acts confirmed include Sharleen Spiteri, The Pretenders, Joe Jackson, Teddy Thompson and Eddi Reader.
