The Black Eyed Peas singer included a sample of his song 'Supersonic' on her track 'Fergilicious' but her label Ruthless Records failed to pay for its use.
A suit was filed in the New York Supreme Court, claiming that Tamika Wright, Jerry Heller and Ruthless Records owe The Arabian Prince, real name Kim Nazel, 20% of the royalties from the song.
Nazel claims that the label refused him payment on several occasions, according to AllHipHop.
N.W.A. rose to fame in the late '80s with their debut album N.W.A. And The Posse. Members Dr. Dre and Ice Cube later went on to secure successful solo careers.
