The band will play the wristband-only show at Newcastle College Performance Academy on March 24, with tickets allocated on the day on a first-come, first-served basis.
The group will be signing exclusive limited edition copies of 7-inch single 'Wraithlike' at the event, which will be available for a minimum donation of £3.
All funds will be donated to the No Surrender Charitable Trust set up by Jason Boas, a friend of the band who recently passed away.
Maximo Park release third LP Quicken The Heart on May 11 and will support the album with a full UK tour in the same month.
