The set will be available in ten-disc Blu-ray, ten-disc DVD and eight-disc CD editions, which cover Young's early solo work alongside performances with Buffalo Springfield, Crazy Horse, and Crosby, Stills and Nash.
The DVD and Blu-ray editions include a 236-page hardbound book and foldout poster, as well as Young's first film Journey Through The Past.
Young releases latest LP Fork In The Road next month and is scheduled to play the Glastonbury, Isle of Wight and Hard Rock Calling festivals in the UK this summer.
