The pair reportedly ignored orders to rest for two weeks after returning from their charity trek up Mount Kilimanjaro, instead filming the video to new single 'Untouchable' and performing on Dancing On Ice.
"They were due to start rehearsing with a choreographer," a source told The Mirror.
"But Sarah, Nadine and Nicola have had to start without them. They are all such workaholics, getting them to relax is a struggle."
Girls Aloud embark on their UK in May before supporting Coldplay at Wembley Stadium in September.
