The track 'We're From America' will be available from the band's website on March 27 and be the first material from new LP The High End Of Low.
Manson said: "I think my life definitely ended and began. The record sounds very final, but it's almost optimistic - though that feels like a strange word to use.
"It's a phoenix from the fire and a redemption resurrection."
The album sees Manson reunite with guitarist/bassist Twiggy Ramirez for the first time since he left the band in 2002 and is released on May 26.
It is preceded by first official single 'Arma...geddon', which will be released to radio stations on April 13.
Manson and the rest of the band have been revealed as one of the headliners of this year's Download festival.
