The DJ, real name Norman Cook, checked into rehab in the south of England at the start of the month to treat his addiction.
Management for Cook, who is married to Zoe Ball and has a nine-year-old son Woody, said treatment is taking longer than expected, reports The Sun.
The 45-year-old musician said: "I'm choked to be missing out on it but I hope Snowbombing will have me back for another crack at it next year. Sorry to let you down, folks."
The tenth anniversary event in Mayrhofen will be headlined by 2 Many DJs and also features Dizzee Rascal, Grandmaster Flash, Biffy Clyro, Ladyhawke, Mylo, The View, and Zane Lowe.
