The singer met the former Beatles star at a recent music event to help secure the industry's future.
"I've been working hard as director of the Featured Artist Coalition to discuss what should happen to our music and how it’s used," she told The Daily Star.
"I felt like Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds I tell you, sitting there listening to stories about him and John Lennon signing their deal for Sgt. Pepper's.
"Wow, wow, wow! I'm very happy, what a privilege."
Nash is reportedly engaged to Cribs frontman Ryan Jarman.
