Chapmans 'super clever for Harvey video'

Jake Chapman has said that he and his brother Dinos were "super clever" in their production of the new music video for 'Black Hearted Love' by PJ Harvey and John Parish.

The younger sibling of the Chapman Brothers art duo told The Guardian that the pair were not "into" the idea of the music video without "a certain amount of condemnatory scrutiny".

Jake said: "I think we've managed to created a visual language to match the music but we've had to deskill ourselves in order to achieve that. I think we've been super, super clever.

"Videos are usually made to help to sell a record. But we'd like people to watch our videos, go out into the street and burn their Porsches."

The video is the second pop promo made by the pair after they filmed 'Let's Go F**king Mental' for Rhys Ifans's band The Peth.

The clip features singer PJ Harvey jumping up and down on a bouncy castle in the woods in slow motion.
