Fans still hoping to attend the event can buy a combined coach and weekend festival pass for either leg, while day tickets are also still available for Leeds.
Festival Republic boss Melvin Benn said: "This is the seventh year in succession that both events have sold out within 24 hours of going on sale and I am very very pleased of course.
"The stature of the events have grown and grown each year and this year's line up only adds to that."
He added: "However, I must express caution towards all those who will now try to get their hands on tickets in whatever way they can as they do need to be careful of dodgy sites."
The headliners of this year's festival have been revealed as Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys and Kings of Leon.
