Simply Red launch £300k lawsuit

Mick Hucknall and his associates claim that more than 50,000 copies of the album were provided by EMI to a company called Entertainment UK Ltd.
The Sun reports that Hucknall wants £300,000 in cash owed and damages after the company went into administration shortly after the exchange.
Hucknall earlier said the band will split after 25 years following a farewell tour in 2009.
