P Diddy sued over plagarism claim

Troy Hicks alleged that Diddy's rap group, Boyz N Da Hood, used parts of his track 'Private Dancer' in its 2007 song 'Table Dance'.
Hicks, whose stage name is Rhythum, previously released the song on independent label Real Life Entertainment.
Legal papers filed in a court in Dallas, Texas, reportedly name Boyz N Da Hood, Combs's label Bad Boy Records, Atlantic Recording Corporation, and Block Entertainment in the copyright infringement claim.
