A website for dance group Smoke Jumpers described the track, titled 'My Flow So Tight', as "the official Chris Brown Dis Record".
Brown, 19, has been charged with assault and making criminal threats in relation to an alleged altercation with girlfriend Rihanna in the early hours of February 8.
The song, which is thought to have been aired in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York, contains the lyric: "Chris Brown should get his ass kicked."
Defending the track's content, group member CW Griz said: "I was really upset with the way a lot of celebrities and people were handling the situation. Not enough people were speaking out against Chris Brown."
He added: "We're not trying to take advantage of a horrible situation. We want to take a positive stance."
A portion of the proceeds from the song will reportedly be donated to a charity that benefits battered women.
