Rex Features
They will be joined by acts including Dizzee Rascal, 2manydjs and Sasha over eight arenas on August 29 and 30 in Darsebury, Cheshire.
Early-bird camping and weekend tickets will be available at £100 for the first 5,000 sold, while all-day tickets have been frozen at last year's prices.
Executive James Barton said: "We're in the midst of a recession with most people having to tighten their belts, so we've made the first 5,000 tickets as cheap as we possibly can.
"I hope this goes a little way to easing the cash burden for the people who have been there for us through thick and thin. On a first come first serve basis, it will be our most dedicated fans who will benefit."
Last year's Creamfields saw performances from Fatboy Slim, Gossip, Pendulum and Underworld.
