The 'Crazy' singer admitted that he loved Oasis's most recent album Dig Out Your Soul and had a lot of respect for band member Noel Gallagher.
"I've been checking out the new Oasis album and it's hot," Contactmusic quotes him as saying.
"When I was in London I got to hang out with Noel and we had a big laugh. I'd like to do something iconic with them."
Meanwhile, Sugababes star Keisha Buchanan recently expressed interest in working with Cee-Lo on the group's forthcoming album.
"We'd also love to work with Cee-Lo from Gnarls Barkley - we met him when we were working with [US record producer] Dallas Austin and we'd love to do something with him," she told DS.
