Solange denies record label axe

According to Black Voices, the R&B singer had been dropped by Geffen/Interscope Records following poor sales of her second album Sol-Angel And The Hadley St. Dreams.
However, writing on her Twitter blog, the star said: "Stooopiddd iddddiots rumour control for the day - I was not released from Geffen/Interscope... now back to your regular scheduled programme."
An Interscope spokesperson added: "Contrary to rumours floating through the internet over the last few days, Solange remains a part of the Interscope/Geffen/A&M family."
