'I'm Not Alone', the Scottish dance star's first solo single since 2007, debuts at number one this week, relegating GaGa's 'Poker Face' to second place.
Harris previously reached the top last July with 'Dance Wiv Me', a collaboration with rapper Dizzee Rascal.
Meanwhile, Pussycat Dolls hold steady at three with 'Jai Ho!', while synth-pop duo La Roux climb from seven to four with 'In For The Kill'.
The second-highest new entry of the week comes from Ciara and Justin Timberlake, who bow at six with 'Love Sex Magic'.
Notable gains outside the top ten come from Lily Allen, who climbs from 12 to eleven with 'Not Fair', and Britney Spears, who advances from 45 to 35 with 'If U Seek Amy'.
