Cheryl Cole has reportedly amassed a personal fortune of £10 million since appearing on Popstars: The Rivals in 2002.

The Girls Aloud star has earned almost double that of fellow band members Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh and Sarah Harding, according to The Mirror.

Cole has allegedly so far secured £2.25m as a judge on The X Factor, £4.8m from Girls Aloud record sales, commercial deals and touring, £1m for selling a mansion and a further £1m from photo rights to her wedding.

Meanwhile, Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle is said to have netted a total fortune of £6.7m after building up a successful property portfolio in Britain and the US.

Roberts, Harding and Walsh are each reportedly worth between £5.6 and £5.8m, having secured £4.8m from their seven years in Girls Aloud and individual projects.

Girls Aloud release new single 'Untouchable' on April 27.
