Massive Attack announce UK tour dates

Massive Attack have announced the details of their UK first tour in three years.

The band are currently in the studio recording their fifth album, which is due for release around the time of their autumn tour.

Massive Attack were recently unveiled as the headliners of the first night of this year's Bestival.

The group will play the following live dates:

• September 11 - Isle of Wight, Bestival


• September 17, 18 - London, Brixton O2 Academy


• September 21 - Sheffield, O2 Academy


• September 22 - Birmingham, O2 Academy


• September 24 - Leeds, O2 Academy


• September 26 - Manchester, Apollo


• September 28 - Glasgow, O2 Academy


• September 30 - Newcastle, O2 Academy


• October 2 - Leicester, De Montfort Hall


• October 3 - Swindon, Oasis
