The 'Not Fair' singer will perform at the open air venue on July 11, while the Ting Tings take to the stage three days later.
Further acts confirmed include Grace Jones on July 9, Pendulum on July 15 and Athlete on July 17.
Somerset House, which is located in central London, has opened its doors over the past seven years to music acts including Goldfrapp, Duffy, Adele, Prodigy and Robert Plant.
Tickets are available from April 23. The second phase of lineup announcements will take place on April 29.
