All the proceeds of the compilation, scheduled for a May 5 release on Waxploitation Records, will be donated to Doctors Without Borders, Human Rights Watch and Oxfam America in relation to their work in Darfur, Billboard reports.
"A lot of thought went into the artists we pick, We've been trying to be loyal to the audience we aim to please," said Waxploitation founder Jeff Antebi. "At the same time, pick music that is as broad a spectrum as possible, without trying to be all things to all music fans."
Gnarls Barkley will contribute track 'Mystery Man' to the album, while My Morning Jacket will give an exclusive remix of their 'Highly Suspicious' by VHS Or Beta.
Other exclusive tracks on Causes 2 include LCD Soundsystem's 'Starry Eyes Original' and Matthew Dear's 'When She Don't Need Me'.
Causes One earned over $100,000 (£68,196) for each charity.
