Blur 'eager' to record new album
Blur guitarist Graham Coxon has revealed that the group are eager to record a new album together.

The reformed band, whose last studio LP Think Tank was released in 2003, insisted that all four members would have to commit to the project.

"I'd be up for it if everyone else is really into the idea," Coxon told the Daily Star.

"If it feels good then we will record again. I'm sure we will."

However, Coxon added that the prospect of a new record this year is unlikely.

"We've got some stuff going on so it won't be in the immediate future," he said.

Blur recently announced details of some intimate warm-up dates ahead of their live shows in London's Hyde Park in July.
