Tickets for the show went on sale at 8am today after breakfast show hosts Johnny Vaughan and Lisa Snowdon announced the first acts.
"We only announced five of the artists this morning and we've already had such a huge response," said Vaughan. "Just wait until you hear who else we have lined up!"
The Summertime Ball, which will host 50,000 fans, takes place at London's Emirates Stadium on Sunday June 7.
£100,000 of the proceeds raised from the event will be donated to the Help A London Child charity.
