The 'Womanizer' star will now bring her 'Circus' show to venues in Ireland, France, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
In a statement posted on her official website, the singer promised that fans could expect a "dazzling display of music, dance, magic and theatrics".
Spears is also scheduled to play an eight-date residency at London's O2 arena starting June 3 and a one-off show in Manchester on June 17.
The new tour dates are as follows:
- June 19 - Dublin, O2 arena
- June 20 - Dublin, O2 arena
- July 5 - Paris, Bercy
- July 6 - Paris, Bercy
- July 9 - Antwerp, Sportpalais
- July 11 - Copenhagen, Parken
- July 13 - Stockholm, Globen
- July 16 - Helsinki, Hartwell Arena
