An unconfirmed number of tickets for this year's Glastonbury Festival have been officially put back on sale.

Organisers announced that the main release of tickets for the event had sold out in February, while the supposed final batch were sold last month.

However, eFestivals and the SeeTickets site have confirmed that another set of tickets have been released, though it is not clear how many are on sale.

Buyers need to have previously registered their name and address in order to purchase tickets for the festival.

Glastonbury takes place in Pilton, Somerset from June 24 to June 28 and will be headlined by Bruce Springsteen, Blur and Neil Young.
