According to the Daily Star, friends of the 'Valerie' singer had expressed concerns over her lack of preparation and reports that she had collapsed last week.
"Following her hospital visit she's done no rehearsing for her comeback gig despite knowing how important it is for fans and friends in St. Lucia," said an insider.
"Amy has gone back to her wild child ways...Everyone around her is starting to think it will be a miracle if she makes it through her set this Friday."
However, a representative for the star insisted that she was "fine and raring to go", adding: "Her band are on their way over to St. Lucia as we speak.
"And as soon as they arrive she will start rehearsing again and renew her commitments."
Winehouse's planned set at the festival will mark her first concert appearance of 2009, and it is thought that her fans will fly in from around the world to mark the occasion.
