Kylie plans first North American tour

The six-date stint will begin in Oakland, California, on September 30, before concluding in New York City on October 11, Billboard reports.
"I've wanted to tour in America and Canada for years and know that fans have been waiting a long time for this. I'm thrilled the opportunity has finally arrived," she said in a statement.
The Australian pop singer, who is currently working on her eleventh album, will also perform on NBC's Today show on May 8 to support the upcoming dates.
Kylie's last tour, 'KyleX2008', travelled to 21 countries and earned an estimated $70 million in ticket sales.
The tour dates are as follows:
- September 30 - Oakland, Fox Theater
- October 3 - Las Vegas, The Pearl
- October 4 - Los Angeles, Hollywood Bowl
- October 7 - Chicago, Congress Theater
- October 9 - Toronto, Air Canada Centre
- October 11 - New York, Hammerstein Ballroom
