Mariah Carey is also apparently lined up to perform.
Sir Paul McCartney and Hollywood actress Sharon Stone are among stars invited to the event.
The resort includes a £13,000-a-night suite, features gold leaf and crystal decoration and includes a beach with 9,000 tons of Egyptian sand.
